Josh Cohen is a third-generation Brooklynite. He also is a part-owner of eight restaurants, including three in Williamsburg (Casa Publica, Extra Fancy, and Lilia) and one in Greenpoint (Anella). He grew up in Park Slope and studied at Johnson & Wales Culinary Institute in Rhode Island. In addition to serving on the NBK Parks board, Josh is the founder of Project Hunger and sits on the Board of the North Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Blair Papagni, have three children, Dylan, Maggie, and Crosby.
