CAMPAIGN MANAGER: NORTHSIDE BID

North Brooklyn Parks Alliance (NBK Parks) seeks a highly motivated, strategic, and outgoing Campaign Manager to lead the next phase of outreach for the formation of the proposed Northside Improvement District in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
This is a hands-on organizing role for someone who knows how to turn community engagement into action. The Northside BID Campaign Manager will develop and execute an intensive outreach strategy; organize property owners, businesses, residents, and volunteers; cultivate a growing network of campaign leaders and supporters; and drive the collection of statements of support needed to advance the BID formation process. We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful organizer who is comfortable both in the field and behind the scenes managing the data, relationships, and strategy that make a successful campaign work.

Fellowship Opportunities
Horticultural Fellowship (Under the K Bridge Park)
If you are interested in pursuing fields in horticulture or ecology, our Fellowships are advanced volunteer opportunities designed to build skills, resumes, connections, and career paths. Our Fellows play a vital role in monitoring seed germination in our Native Nursery, assisting with the repotting process, and drafting educational materials about our plants.
Commitment: 10 weeks (see dates below) at Under the K Bridge Park on Fridays (12:00-4:00) with occasional field trips
Fellows will gain:
Hands-on skills through practical horticultural experiences
Networking opportunities with ecological practitioners & other horticultural enthusiasts
Fellowship Dates
Spring: April – June
Fall: Sept – November
